Where Was Nick Reiner Found Following The Alleged Murder Of His Parents? Know Here

The world is mourning the unfortunate deaths of the famous filmmaker and actor Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Reiner. The couple’s dead bodies were discovered by their daughter, Romy Reiner, who then called the LAPD with a 911 call. It was hours later that the police arrested their son, Nick Reiner, for the alleged murder of his parents and since then, many have been questioning his whereabouts. Where Is Nick Reiner?

After Rob Reiner and Michele Reiner’s double homicide, their daughter called 911, claiming that it was her brother, Nick Reiner, who was ‘dangerous’ and could be a suspect in the case. When the police later arrived at their home, he was nowhere to be found and was found hours later by them. He was then moved to a correctional facility. As per TMZ, a source revealed that Nick had been placed on s**cide watch after he was arrested for allegedly stabbing the director and his wife to death inside their Los Angeles home. He is currently being held in administrative segregation and on a self-harm watch while behind bars at Twin Towers Correctional Facility in LA.

Previously, a municipal court in Delhi denied their anticipatory bail petition, in which they claimed they feared being ‘lynched’ in Goa, where bulldozers had been used to demolish unlicensed pubs and clubs since the fire. At roughly 9:15 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2025 (ET), authorities located Nick near campus and detained him on suspicion of murder. The Los Angeles Police Department’s public relations officer verified to PEOPLE that “the location of the suspect’s arrest was in the Exposition Park area near USC.”

Another person close to the family told the New York Post that tensions between Rob Reiner and Nick Reiner have been strong for some time. They revealed that the former was concerned about his son’s deteriorating mental state and scared for him. The informant also mentioned an incident that occurred only 24 hours before the catastrophe.
