A Wedding Story (Theatres)
In this story, a happy wedding celebration takes a dark turn as mysterious and spooky events begin to haunt both families which turn their joy into a nightmare. Starring Vaibhav Tatwawadi, Mukti Mohan, Monica Chaudhary, Akshay Anand and others, it is directed by Abhinav Pareek. It will be released on August 30.
The Crow (Theatres)
Eric comes back to life as the Crow after he was brutally killed by a gang. He searches for the people behind the murder and takes revenge. Directed by Alex Proyas, earlier, it was slated to be released on August 23 however, the release date was postponed to August 30.
Pad Gaye Pange (Theatres)
Shastri Ji is a retired math teacher living in his old home, full of memories of his late wife, Sudha. His son Nilesh and daughter-in-law Madhu want to move to a new apartment due to Shastri Ji’s habits and lack of privacy. Furthermore, Ayush finds happiness in his girlfriend, Parul, who will soon be his wife. However, their lives take a turn when both Shastri Ji and Ayush are diagnosed with cancer. Starring Samarpan Singh, Rajesh Sharma, Rajpal Yadav and others, it will hit the theatres on August 30.
IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack (Netflix)
IC 814 flew from Kathmandu to Delhi on December 24, 1999. Five terrorists hijacked the plane and landed it in Kandahar, Afghanistan, which was under Taliban rule. This series will take a deep dive into what happened to the people on the plane and how the Indian government responded. Directed by Anubhav Sinha, it stars Vijay Varma, Dia Mirza, Patralekhaa Paul, Naseeruddin Shah and others in pivotal roles. It will premiere on August 29.
Murshid (Zee5)
The plot revolves around Murshid Pathan played by Kay Kay Menon who is a gangster who left his old life behind and has to come back when his once friend and now enemy, Farid, pushes him back into the world of violence. It also features Tanuj Virwani and Zakir Hussain and will premiere on August 30.
Adam Sandler: Love You (Netflix)
Adam Sandler takes centre stage in a comedy special. You can expect hilarious songs, jokes, unexpected moments like dogs crashing the party, and an abundance of heartfelt humour and warmth. You can watch this show from August 27.
Only Murders In The Building Season 4 (Hulu)
For this season Charles, Oliver and Mabel are back to solve another murder. This time, the crime is personal as Charles’ trusted stunt double, Sazz Pataki is found dead. The three friends must figure out the truth behind this unexpected tragedy. Will they find the truth? To find out, you can watch it on August 27.
Terminator Zero (Netflix)
The story revolves around an AI scientist named Malcolm Lee, who is working on a system to fight against AI while being chased by a futuristic assassin. Directed by Masashi Kudō, it will start streaming on August 29.
Interrogation (Zee5)
During a serious interrogation, things take a huge turn when 4 people are arrested for possibly killing a judge at his residence. As each suspect explains the motive behind their hatred towards the judge, several questions arise. Will the truth come out in the end? It promises a thriller ride and will be released on August 30.
Godzilla x Kong The New Empire (JioCinema)
Three years after beating Mechagodzilla, Kong has found a new home in the Hollow Earth and is looking for more of his kind. Meanwhile, Godzilla is keeping the peace between people and giant monsters, and titans by defeating Scylla in Rome. It is directed by Adam Wingard and will be available on August 29.
The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power Season 2 (Prime Video)
Stranger and two harfoots, Nori and Poppy stumble upon a group like the Harfoots called Stoors in Rhun along with Tom Bombadil and a Dark Wizard. This season will reveal the Stranger’s real name and will clear the debate on whether he’s Gandalf or another Wizard from Tolkien’s stories. Directed by Charlotte Brändstörm, it will be released on August 29.
