Salman Khan recently opened up about his decision not to get married on the latest episode of Koffee With Karan 9. The actor said that he hopes to have children someday and even revisited his “I am a virgin” comment made a few years back on the same couch. Salman Khan On His Marriage
During a conversation, host Karan Johar confessed to feeling lonely at times since he did not have a partner. To this, Salman pointed out that he still had two children and a mother. When asked if he ever missed having children, Khan said that he would want to have kids at some point in time. He went on to tell Karan that he should not feel lonely since he had two beautiful children and that they would grow up to have their own partners and would make him a grandfather. On the subject of marriage, the actor said that neither he nor Johar could blame anyone else for not having a partner.
The actor said that nobody had stopped them from having a partner or getting married; it was they who decided to stop. Salman said that it was his decision not to get married and that he was happy with that. He concluded by saying that he will have kids in his life. When asked about his virgin comment, Khan laughed and said that line was a way of avoiding talking about his personal life. This is a rule which he has made since he was 15-16 years old because one doesn’t know who will stay in their lives till the end and he didn’t want to risk everyone knowing it.
