The duo have bough two land parcels spanning over 5 acres of land for a whopping amount of Rs 37.86 crore as per reports. The most recent transaction included two parcels of land of 1.474 hectares and 0.627 hectares. However, this is the couple’s second land investment in Alibaug in the previous four years. Earlier in 2022, the couple purchased 8 acres of property to build their farmhouse.
About Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma’s Land In Alibaug
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma bought pieces of land together in Zirad Village, which is near Awas Beach in Alibaug. Both the lands are worth Rs ₹37.86 crore as per CRE Matrix’s registration documents. Official records show that the couple paid ₹30,000 plus ₹2.27 crore in stamp duty to register the plot sale. For the land acquisition, a message was sent to Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, and the seller, as well as an email to Samira Land Assets Pvt Ltd. However, they have not got a response. It’s worth remembering that Virat and Anushka already own a magnificent residence in Alibaug.
