A video online shows Justin Baldoni making a joking remark about missing s*xual-harassment training while rehearsing an It Ends With Us scene with Blake Lively. The clip, which has been submitted as evidence in his ongoing legal dispute with Lively, captures the 41-year-old commenting flirtatiously during the interaction and noting that Lively had something stuck in her teeth before asking for a toothpick.

In the video obtained by TMZ, he also made an offhand comment involving Jenny Slate and then joked about not having completed sexual-harassment training. The footage ends with Baldoni looking directly at the camera and dramatically rolling his eyes. The Jane the Virgin actor’s lawyer reportedly stated in a filed motion that he was apologising if his remark was inappropriate.’ The lawyer claimed that Lively, 38, responded that the comment was all good, but this is not clear in the video. Baldoni’s legal team stated that the “s*xy” remark was entirely unremarkable because Lively was not scantily clad and was instead dressed in a fleece onesie.

More On Their Ongoing Legal Battle
Baldoni recently asked a judge to dismiss that case as well, alleging that no reasonable jury would convict him of Lively’s alleged $161 million in missed profits. As the duo prepares for the trial, which will take place in March, fresh evidence has surfaced online, including Baldoni’s texts with “Office” star Rainn Wilson about a “traumatic” argument with Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds.
In another text exchange presented as proof, It Ends With Us author Colleen Hoover acknowledged being disappointed by Baldoni and “forced to choose” between him and Lively.
