Varun Dhawan Has A Strong Reply To Nutritionist’s Criticism Over His Black Coffee Bad Gut Remarks. Read Here!

Baby John star Varun Dhawan has been known for his evergreen charm and religious fitness routine. The actor recently discussed his food choices and changes for a better life. During a recent conversation, Varun Dhawan said he stopped drinking black coffee due to stomach issues. But his statement wasn’t well responded to by nutritionist Prashant Desai, who claimed it was false. The actor also shared his response to this.

Nutritionist Questions Varun Dhawan

During a recent conversation with Ranveer Allahbadia on his YouTube podcast, Varun Dhawan mentioned that black coffee impacts badly on his gut. He suggested that one switch to blonde roasted coffee, which is easier on the stomach. “If you get up in the morning and start with only black coffee, even if you don’t have gut trouble, you will start having it,” he said.

However, taking this clip to his Instagram, nutritionist Prashant Desai disagreed with it. He mentioned that he had been drinking black coffee for 15 years and had had no issues with it. He said that everyone’s gut is different like fingerprints, and to generalise gut issues and acidity was not true. He admitted that while Dhawan might have stomach issues because of it, it’s not universal.
