From long shooting hours to whatnot, people in the past have openly talked about the struggles they had to face while working for TV. For many of you who don’t know, popular social media personality Uorfi Javed known for her fashion content started her career in TV. In a recent interview, Uorfi opened up about her problems and how she won’t ever return to working for TV again.
Uorfi Javed On Her Experience In TV Industry
Uorfi Javed in a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble shared her experience of working with the TV industry and how it was not pleasant as she played a background character in every role. She also said the characters were ill-treated and neglected as they were not the leads. She added, “On some sets, they mistreat you. It’s like they treat you like animals.”
Moreover, there was also a problem regarding remuneration where at times her payment would be delayed as well as underpaid. This decision has made her avoid television projects. Uorfi also disclosed more about her short tenure on Bigg Boss OTT where she was evicted after seven days only “I had been working on TV which was already bad for me because I played side characters. I cried a lot over it.” She added that she will never go back to Bigg Boss again. Although Uorfi admits that participating in Bigg Boss was an excellent opportunity for her career growth, it is something that she does not want to do again but also thanked the creators for giving her the opportunity.

Additionally, Uorfi recently shocked fans by posting photographs of herself with a swollen face on Instagram stating how serious allergies have become an issue in her life too lately. The picture showed one side of her face swollen up, eyes bloodshot red as she asked “Am I going to get well ever?” Also when people commented and trolls suggested Botox or Fillers done on her face; Uorfi explained that the redness resulted from allergic reactions rather than beauty treatments.
