The Two Much With Kajol And Twinkle has been the talk of social media ever since its debut season was released in September. Many moments of the show are still being discussed among netizens where they have majorly criticised its hosts–Kajol and Twinkle Khanna. One such episode, that people couldn’t help but talk featured veteran stars Govinda and Chunky Panday. But did you know that Kajol took up the extra effort to invite the Hero No. 1 actor? How Did Kajol Invite Govinda On Her Chat Show?

During Kajol and Twinkle Khanna’s interview with The Nod Mag, the pair spoke about their guest lineup and how the Mela star added Govinda and Chunky Pandey to the list. But it seems that getting him to actually grace the couch wasn’t as easy! Twinkle told the publication that they worked very hard to get the actor on the show. She mentioned that they called him up to invite him multiple times, leading to Kajol going to his house! Twinkle called him an “icon” and labelled his and Chunky’s combination as “nostalgic.” Well, Kajol’s effort actually paid off!

While addressing the question of how the hosts planned their guest pairings, Kajol said that they wanted to get many people but haven’t. She hoped that they might arrive on the show’s next season. The actress shared that they wanted pairs that people would like to see and some they found on Instagram. According to Kajol, Karan Johar and Janhvi Kapoor’s pairing was very interesting.
