Milind Soman Is Not A Tea Or Coffee Person, Throwback To When He Shared His Strict Diet Routine!

Along with a disciplined exercise routine, it’s also important to have a good diet for maintaining a healthy body. India’s first supermodel, Milind Soman, has always been a preacher of this and continues to follow it too.  The model and actor often post about his diet and consumption on social media. During his early modelling and acting days, too, Milind Soman spoke at length about maintaining a strict diet to maintain a healthy body. He had also revealed about keeping his diet tea and coffee free. Read on to know more about the secrets spilt by the very fit and charming personality.

Milind Soman’s Strict Diet!

Who doesn’t have a crush on model and actor Milind Soman? The charming personality and the fit body have always left us in awe of him. But he has been consistent and conscious with his consumption to maintain that healthy body. During one of his older interviews with Ek Din Ek Jeevan, hosted by Tavleen Singh, Milind Soman revealed that he strictly followed a tea and coffee-free diet. Elaborating on the same, the actor said that he was never a tea or coffee person since childhood and had the habit of drinking juice first thing in the morning.

Milind Soman had also opened up about how models get into the habit of drinking a lot of tea, coffee and consuming cigarettes due to the stress. However, he thought that such things were not good for the body. Revealing more secrets about his fit body, Milind Soman revealed that he did not eat fried food or consumed a lot of meat.
