At the International Emmy Awards 2024, an Indian series has finally found a spot. The Indian adaptation of The Night Manager, featuring Sobhita Dhulipala, Anil Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur will be running the race to win the trophy. According to the latest report, The Night Manager is the only entry from India across 14 categories at the nominations, as announced on Thursday in New York by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Directed by Sandeep Modi and Priyanka Ghose, the nomination has star Anil Kapoor “excited” about the same. The Indian version of the show has been adapted from both — John le Carré’s novel and the British show, featuring Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman. Well, we’re excited for the same.

Emmy Awards 2024 will take place in New York on November 25 and will be hosted by Indian standup comic and actor–Vir Das.
