In a recent revelation, she addressed the issue of sexism faced by women in the film industry, specifically highlighting the lack of representation of female makeup artists. Richa candidly shared her observations, revealing that the reasoning behind this disparity stems from concerns that female makeup artists would come in close proximity to the male actors, particularly the heroes. She questioned the rationale behind such thinking, expressing her frustration with the notion that female artists cannot be trusted to maintain appropriate boundaries and control their professional conduct.
