Actors never leave us. Their work and on screen performances will keep them alive forever. The unfortunate news of actor Robert Duvall’s passing away made headlines on Tuesday. The actor breathed his last at the age of 95 at his house in Virginia. Robert Duvall has appeared in some great films like The Godfather, Apocalypse Now and To Kill A Mockingbird among several others. The fans are mourning this loss. Read here for more.

Robert Duvall Passes Away At 98

Robert Duvall has had a long-standing career as an actor. He has earned many accolades over the years, and has given memorable performances on screen. Unfortunately, the star is no longer with us. He passed away at the age of 98 at his house in, Middleburg, Virginia. An official statement was posted pn Facebook by his wife Luciana Duvall and the actor’s publicist also confirmed the news. As per post, Robert Duvall died “peacefully” at his house on Sunday.

The actor’s wife penned an emotional note and hailed him for his dedication and hard-work towards every character that he played. Luciana Duvall also wrote that Robert Duvall was an actor, director, storyteller and an award winner for the world, but for her, he was everything.

Robert Duvall made each of his character count. The actor has worked with directors like Robert Altman, George Lucas and Francis Ford Coppola among many others. He made his debut in film with To Kill A Mockingbird in 2963 and then featured in several films. The actor’s breakthrough role was of Tom Hagen in Al Pacino starrer The Godfather.
