The Ba***ds Of Bollywood is Aryan Khan's directorial debut which is currently streaming on Netflix. Read on for more.

The Ba***ds Of Bollywood, directed by Aryan Khan, is a very bold and refreshing show, despite the faults in the story. One of the most interesting aspects of the show is the liberty that the director has taken to comment on the film industry and some incidents from his life. These were turned into some memorable and funny moments in the series, and we’re here for it. Read on.
1. NCB Parody
Aryan Khan created a parody scene from one of the most controversial incidents of his life. In the second episode, an NCG officer raids a Bollywood party just to arrest anyone in the industry for doing or not doing drugs. This scene, we never saw coming, and it looks like it was intentionally made to look caricaturist or dramatic! It’s quite gutsy too! We see what Aryan Khan did there!
2. Siddhant Chaturvedi-Ananya Panday Reference
Well, we are all aware of the infamous insider-outsider conversation between Siddhant and Ananya that happened during a popular roundtable show. The reference is taken to create a similar one between Aasman (Lakshya) and Karishma Talwar (Sahher Bambba). It’s impossible to not notice!
3. Movie Mafia
The constant claims on Karan Johar related to Nepotism is also addressed in the series when the director calls himself the “Movie Mafia”.
4. The Jail Scene
Another hard-hitting scene inspired from Aryan Khan’s own life was when the constable tells Aasman, “Kuch log jail jaane se famous ho jaate hai”. This was in the trailer too!
5. Om Shaanti Om
It would be unfair if Aryan Khan did not place SRK’s popular dialogue, “Agar kisi cheez ko shiddat se chaho, toh poori qayanat tumhe usse milane mein lag jaati hai”. The same is reiterated by Lakshya’s character Aasman when he wins his Best Actor award.
6. Bobby Deol’s Song Duniya Haseeno Ka Mela
The popular dance track ‘Duniya Haseeno Ka Mela’ from Bobby Deol’s film Gupt was very smartly incorporated in the series as well.

7. Rajat Bedi’s Koi Mil Gaya Inspo!
Do you remember the irritating and wicked character Raj Saxena from Hrithik Roshan starrer Koi Mil Gaya, and the basketball match that happened between them. Looks like Raj Saxena hasn’t stopped practicing still. A very heartwarming moment was re-created by Rajat Bedi with the basketball in The Ba***ds Of Bollywood!
8. The SRK Effect!
Now and then, one will also be reminded of how Aryan Khan has taken inspiration SRK’s journey as an actor, a simple boy from Delhi who earned so much love and respect as a star! In fact, the bond shared between Aasman and his father also looks very much inspired by Aryan Khan’s rapport with his father SRK!
