From Ossan’s Love Thailand To ThamePo, 5 Swoon-Worthy Office Romance BLs That You Must Watch!

Falling in love and having an office romance is a dream. Thai BLs have delved into the topic time and again. Romance between a manager and an intern is dangerous due to the power dynamics, while falling in love with your co-worker may lead to conflicts. Despite challenges, these five BLs take on workplace romances work for us, and we hope you enjoy them too!

Ossan’s Love Thailand (2025)

The Thai BL adaptation of the popular Japanese drama features ‘Earth’ Pirapat Watthanasetsiri and ‘Mix’ Sahaphap Wongratch in the lead roles. Heng (Earth) faces a unique dilemma. Three people, including a childhood friend, a close co-worker, and his boss love him. What follows is a hilarious tale that will have you in splits!

ThamePo: Heart That Skips A Beat (2024)

Po, a filmmaker, falls for Thame, the leader of the idol group whose goodbye documentary he’s supposed to direct. With relative newcomers, ‘William’ Jakrapatr Kaewpanpong and ‘Est’ Supha Sangaworawong, at the helm, ThamePo paints a beautiful picture of idol relationships and toxic fan culture.

A Boss And A Babe (2024)

Fresh and charming–A Boss and A Babe follows Cher (‘Book’ Kasidet Plookphol) as he worms his way into the heart of his employer, Gun (‘Force’ Jiratchapong Srisang). While the impudent CEO-intern relationship cannot be ignored, we love the couple’s easy chemistry and engaging characterisation in this Thai BL.

The Trainee (2024)

‘Off’ Jumpol Adulkittiporn and ‘Gun’ Atthaphan Phunsawat (OffGun) headline this ensemble series set in an advertising agency. Focussing on media production may not give viewers that many OffGun scenes, but this Thai BL office romance offers valuable interpersonal relationships. We even enjoyed the various subplots, as they added to wholesome representations of LGBTQ+ individuals.

Step By Step (2023)

An undervalued employee, Pat (‘Ben’ Bunyapol Likhitamnuayporn) clashes with his micro-managing manager, Jeng (‘Man’ Trisanu Soranun), but they strike a balance. When love enters the chat, the two subtly push each other to their goals. We like!

We hope more Thai BLs spotlight different kinds of workplaces, while showing healthy relationships for us to fangirl over!
