Thai actor-singer Bright Vachirawit sparked worry among fans for his slender features during his recent appearance at Paris Fashion Week in January 2026. In contrast to the slightly full cheeks he debuted with, the visible jawline drew attention and concern. In an Instagram comment to an overseas fan, the 28-year-old actor explained that the skinny look was deliberate, and he intended to become healthier.

Putting a stop to speculation about his health, Vachirawit assured fans that the slenderness came from a healthy weight loss. Responding to a fan in English, he mentioned eating well, intermittent fasting, and cardio as the factors behind the dramatic change.
Fans’ concern may have spilled over into a toxic category if the Thai singer felt the need to address the rumours himself. In fact, another actor, Ple Nakorn, also posted a picture of Bright Vachirawit on his Instagram, congratulating the younger celebrity on his impressive weight loss.
Vachirawit thanked K’Ple for his encouragement, adding that he was pleased with what he had achieved. Others, however, seemed to disagree with this, which he could not understand. We hope the issue gets resolved, especially since the actor has clarified that he achieved the intentional weight loss mindfully.
