From the makers of Raanjhanaa, we are soon getting another love story starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon. Titled Tere Ishk Mein, the first look of Aanand L Rai’s film had got everyone’s attention, and finally, the trailer is here too. AR Rahman has composed the film’s music, and it’s backed by Anand L. Rai, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Himanshu Sharma. Read on to know more about our thoughts on the trailer and the details of the film.
Tere Ishk Mein Trailer
The film has two very promising actors in the lead: Dhanush and Kriti Sanon. The intense emotions portrayed by the two in the first glimpse of Tere Ishk Mein left everyone stunned. And with this trailer, they have certainly raised our expectations. Dhanush is seen as Flight Lieutenant Shankar, who has a very dark past with Kriti Sanon’s Mukti. From the film, Dhanush’s character looks like a toxic lover who can go to any extent to prove his love for Mukti, as the dialogue in the film goes “Pyaar mein padd gaya toh Delhi phoonk dunga” (If I fall in love, I will burn down Delhi).
From the trailer, it also seems like Dhanush’s Shankar is mad for Mukti, who does not reciprocate in the same way. Will this film be about toxic masculinity? Well, we have questions. Also the intense music in the trailer by AR Rahman goes perfectly well with the tone of this film.
Director Aanand L Rai given some memorable films like Ranjhanaa and Tanu Weds Manu: Returns, it would be interesting to see what new does the director have in store for us with Tere Ishk Mein.

The wait is not long, as the film will hit theatres on November 28, 2025.
