Popular couple Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce recently announced their engagement, and their fans couldn’t be happier for them. They shared a joint Instagram post where the venue was covered with flowers and the bride-to-be looked radiant as ever. While the duo are currently enjoying their engagement phase, recent reports claim that they will get married next summer as the singer is in a rush to have kids

According to Page Six, “They are getting married next summer in Rhode Island. She is in a hurry to have children.” After Taylor and Travis announced their engagement, Rhode Island Gov. Dan McKee reshared it online. He jokingly said that Rhode Island has one of the best wedding venues in the world, hinting that the wedding might be held there. Swift also owns a mansion there, which just added fuel to the fire.

Meanwhile, other reports suggest that the duo aren’t nearly ready to plan a wedding yet. People Magazine quoted that they are in celebration mode ever since the engagement and are in no hurry. Amid this, New Zealand has also offered to host Taylor and Travis’s wedding. After their engagement announcement, the New Zealand tourism board took to their Instagram and shared why they should hold their nuptials in the country.

Though the two have yet to comment on the details of their wedding. Swift’s BFF Selena Gomez, who is also engaged to Benny Blanco, congratulated her. Fans are happy to see the two BFFs start this new chapter of their lives together. Gomez recently shared pictures from her bachelorette party, which only made everyone more excited.
