It seems that the same is the case with Tamannaah Bhatia and Vikrant Massey who starred in O’Romeo. The duo reportedly did the film for free and they have their own respective reason to do so. Tamannaah Bhatia And Vikrant Massey Did O’ Romeo For Free!
As per media reports, O’ Romeo director Vishal Bharadwaj revealed that Vikrant Massey had committed to the said film years ago. His commitment dates back to the pre-12th Fail days, when he was still considered an emerging star. However, after 12th Fail became a hit, Vikrant kept his promise and agreed to do the upcoming movie for free. The actor told Bharadwaj that watching Maqbool inspired him to become an actor and changed his life forever. He added that the said special appearance in O’Romeo was his way of paying tribute. The actor shot for almost 8 to 9 days.
Bharadwaj further stated that despite budget constraints, Tamannaah Bhatia also agreed to be a part of the film for free. Talking about her role, the director said that it is brief but very important in unveiling a huge plot twist in the story. He recalled that the actress said yes for the film immediately and they shot for nearly 12 days, far more than initially planned. Additionally, she also participated in workshops and rehearsals for her characters. The filmmaker stated that Tamannaah’s commitment and generosity left a lasting impact on the upcoming project.

When Will It Release?
O’Romeo also stars Shahid Kapoor, Tripti Dimri, Farida Jalal, Nana Patekar along with Tamannaah Bhatia and Vikrant Massey. The project is slated to hit the theatres on February 13!
