She disclosed that she isn’t as avid a reader as her co-stars, Vikrant Massey and Sunny Kaushal, but she has passed on a book titled Malice to Kanika Dhillon, the scriptwriter, hinting at the narrative potential for a third part.
Taapsee expressed her desire for the Haseen Dillruba character to be a recurring presence in cinema, highlighting her ongoing collaboration with Dhillon. This partnership has already produced notable works such as Manmarziyaan and Rashmi Rocket. “Hopefully, Haseen Dillruba will keep coming and never go, Taapsee Pannu remarked, indicating ongoing discussions about future projects with Dhillon. In her praise of Dhillon’s writing, Taapsee emphasized the complexity of the female characters crafted by the screenwriter, which resonates deeply with her.
