It seems that Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino have ended their relationships, both personally and professionally. Many may not know that while they were dating, they launched the Fifty-Fifty LLC production company. However, the said company has reportedly been dissolved, and a brand new one has been founded with only Sydney being the CEO. Know all the details about it below.
Sydney Sweeney And Jonathan Davino Cut Professional Ties
For the unversed, Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino started their production company in January 2019, a year after dating. The couple later got engaged, but trouble in paradise led them to end their relationship in 2025. As per TMZ, sources revealed that Sydney paid Jonathan out when it came to their joint venture, Fifty-Fifty Films. It is being said that Jonathan has nothing to do with her life. Further, the insiders mentioned that he has been allegedly telling people he made her, but sources close to the Euphoria star say that if anything, he is the one who used her.
According to the report, back in December 2025, to dissolve the production company, documents were filed in the State of California. A box, pointing out that the dissolution was made by a vote of all members, was checked on the form. Then, in January of this year, Sydney filed to start a new company by the name of Fifty-Fifty Films, Inc. In that she is referred to as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. It was also revealed that the documents mentioned no vacant board seats.

Which Film Did The Ex-Couple Produce
Before the dissolution of their production company, Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino had produced projects including Immaculate and Anyone But You. Both films starred Sydney in the lead.
