In a recent turn of events, Bollywood star Swara Bhaskar has shared heartbreaking news on her social media about her father-in-law. She revealed that he had recently suffered a sudden brain haemorrhage and that the entire family was with him in this tough time. Known for her roles in films like Veere Di Wedding and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, she is recognised for her strong presence, and fans are praying for her in these difficult times.

What Swara Bhaskar Said

On Sunday, November 30, Swara Bhaskar took to her Instagram account and shared the heartbreaking news about her father-in-law with her fans. She said that her husband, Fahad Ahmad’s father, suffered a sudden brain haemorrhage late at night on November 29, 2025. Bhaskar said that he had gone through an operation the next morning and requested her fans to pray for him and shared that she wouldn’t be online on social media for a few days. She said, “Fahad’s father, my father-in-law, had a brain haemorrhage last night and was operated on early this morning. We are attending to this unfortunate family emergency and will be unavailable for some days. Please keep Uncle in your prayers.”

She went on to say that, despite her initial reservations, the reality program hosted by Munawar Faruqui and Sonali Bendre proved to be a blessing in disguise. Swara Bhaskar also mentioned that, while she is disappointed that the show has ended, she will always remember the moments she made on set. For those who are unaware, Swara Bhaskar and her husband, Fahad Ahmad, were recently featured on the reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga, which concluded on November 16, 2025. A day after the performance concluded, the Tanu Weds Manu Returns actress sent a lengthy message on her Instagram account.
