SSR’s Former Manager Disha Salian’s Father Files PIL In Bombay HC To Seek Probe Into Her Death Case

The year 2020 was quite a traumatic year for the film industry. The sudden death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput sent shockwaves across the country. Just days before his death, SSR’s former manager Disha Salian had also died after falling from the 14th floor of a residential building. Disha Salian’s Father Moves To Bombay HC
Disha Salian’s mysterious death case of 2020 is again making headlines after her father approached the Bombay High Court to seek an investigation into her daughter’s death. As per the news reports, the petition filed by Satish Salian requests the HC to file an FIR against the Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray and allot this case to the CBI. The petition filing process is still ongoing, as per the reports and the remaining process at the registry department will be done on Thursday. As per reports, Disha Salian’s father has also urged for the arrest and custodial interrogation of Aditya Thackeray.
For the unversed, Disha Salian’s sudden death sparked a lot of controversy and outrage. However, the case was closed after an interrogation and as per the police, no foul play was involved. The case was considered to be death by accident. Disha Salian had died after falling from the 14th floor of a building in Malad, and at that time the police registered it as an Accidental Death Report case.
Soon after, on June 14, 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his apartment leaving everyone in shock.
