The legal battles over Sunjay Kapur’s 30,000 crore are becoming messier each day. Recently, Karisma Kapoor’s kids have accused Priya Sachdev of forging the will, as they did not receive any share in the assets. Now, Sunjay Kapur’s sister Mandhira, has made some shocking claims about her mother receiving nothing in the will and that they were still waiting for answers. Read on to know more.
What Did Mandhira Claim?
Sunjay Kapoor’s sister, Mandhira Kapur, is making headlines after making a strong statement against the former’s wife, Priya Sachdev. In this, she accused Priya of taking everything while others were left behind with nothing. Furthermore, she also claimed that their mother Rani Kapur received nothing in the assets and was not even give a house stay. Mandhira added that her mother did not get any information about how the trust was being set up or how it would function, and further added that they were still awaiting responses.
On the other hand, Karisma Kapur’s kids are also fighting a legal battle to claim a share in their father’s property. According to them, they should get in their father’s assets, however, as per the reports, Priya Sachdev’s lawyer has argued about Karisma Kapoor’s absence from Sunjay’s life over the past 19 years. He also argued that the kids received 1900 crore from the father’s assets. The court however has asked Priya Sachdev to declare all the movable and immovable assets in the case.

As per a News 18 report, the next hearing on this case will take place on October 9.
