There has been a lot of legal controversy related to Sunjay Kapur’s estate and the amount of shares that the family members own in it. His ex-wife Karisma Kapoor’s kids are also battling a legal case for their fair share, and so is Sunjay Kapur’s mother. As per the latest updates, she has made some shocking accusations against his wife, Priya Sachdev, and has alleged that she has hidden a lot of her son’s money and assets. What Claims Have Sunjay Kapur’s Mom Made?
The unfortunate demise of industrialist Sunjay Kapur left everyone shocked. The legal battle since then over the 30,000 crore estate has grabble the media and public attention. Now in the latest updates, Sunjay Kapur’s mother Rani Kapur has made some new allegations against his wife Priya Sachdev. According to a report by Financial Express, she moved to the Delhi High Court, and in her statement, Rani Kapur has accused Priya Sachdev of “massive concealment” of her son’s asset and money. She is being represented by Senior Advocate Vaibhav Gaggar, and furthmore, she has also alleged that the funs may have been moved ‘across borders’ and they refused to believe Priya Sachdev’s claim that his account had only 1.7 crores. The lawyer also claimed that Sunjay Kapur’s monthly salary was 60 crores.
On the other hand, Karisma Kapoor’s kids have also claimed that Priya Sachdev submitted forged will in the court and requested a thorough investigation for it.
