About Karisma Kapoor’s Kids
Priya Sachdev informed that Samaira Kapur, 20, and Kiaan Raj Kapur, 15, had already received their Rs 1900 Crores from the family trust. Her legal team questioned what more they could want. Her counsel, advocate Rajiv Nayar, stated that though the will was not registered, it wasn’t ‘invalid’ and said, “Not as if people are left on the streets.” However, according to NDTV, the legal team of Karisma’s children countered that the control of these assets was still in Priya’s hands.
Samaira and Kiaan also claimed that the will presented by Priya Sachdev was forged. “The Plaintiffs submit that the purported will allegedly executed by the Plaintiffs’ father is not a legal and valid document, is forged and fabricated and in any event surrounded by suspicious circumstances,” they quoted. For this reason, neither the original nor a copy of the alleged will has been shown to the plaintiffs.
