And in a conversation, she opened up about an emotional moment when she asked the doctors to save her son, Yashvardhan Ahuja, over her during her delivery. This had left Govinda howling. During a chat with Eat Travel Repeat, Sunita Ahuja was asked about a filmy moment she had lived together with her husband Govinda. She said that she weighed 100 kgs when she delivered her son Yash. Ahuja said that she had gained a lot of weight and thought that she would die, which made Govinda also cry. “During those days, sex-detection tests were legal. We knew we were having a son,” said Sunita. So she told the doctors in a dramatic manner to save her son because her husband wanted one and be okay with her dying in the process.
She said that this made the veteran actor cry his eyes out which made it a very filmy moment for their family. For the unversed, Hauterrfly had reported that the star’s wife had filed a case against him in the Bandra Family Court accusing him of adultery, cruelty, and desertion under the Hindu Marriage Act of 1955. Later, while speaking to NDTV, Govinda’s lawyer, Lalit Bindra, denied such claims and said that all things were settled. He said that the audience will see the duo celebrate the holy occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi together.
