Steve Jobs’ Wife Laurene Powell Gets Allergies After Taking A Dip In Ganga. Takes New Name Kamla

Many devotees from around the world come to gain spirituality. This year, the late Apple’s co-founder Steve Jobs’ wife Laurene Powell also came to experience the surroundings. But unfortunately, she fell sick and caught allergies after her Ganga snan.

While Laurene Powell was in awe of the Maha Kumbh, she developed allergies on the second day in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This happened after her dip in the Ganga River. During an interview with ANI, spiritual guru Swami Kailashanand Giri, revealed that she took a dip at the Sangam, and had been resting in his shivir.

He also revealed that the reason Laurene Powell developed allergies was because she hadn’t been to such a crowded place before. “She stayed with us during the pooja. Our tradition is such that those who have never seen it – they all want to join,” he said. Steve Jobs’ wife was named Kamala by her Guru, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri. She would be staying in the Kumbh’s tent city at the Niranjini Akhara camp. She will be returning to the US after this to attend the swearing ceremony of Donald Trump.
