The brilliant filmmaker SS Rajamouli, known for movies like Baahubali and RRR, is now set to unveil something grand and bigger. He has teamed up with Priyanka Chopra, Mahesh Babu, and Prithviraj Sukumaran to give the fans an unforgettable experience at the movies. SS Rajamouli’s Film Titled Varanasi
The much-awaited first look of SS Rajamouli’s next big project is finally here. Priyanka Chopra’s poster as Mandakini had already created a lot of buzz around the film, and now this glimpse revealing Mahesh Babu’s character has left everyone stunned. The film’s title Varanasi was announced at a grand event in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. It was attended by Priyanka Chopra, Mahesh Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and of course, the visionary himself, SS Rajamouli. During the event, he also spoke about the team’s hard work from the past one year. Talking about the first glimpse of the film, we get to see the fierce character of Mahesh Babu as a warrior, Rudra. This film is meant for an IMAX experience. Varanasi looks like a promising mythology film and one-of-kind-movie watching experience.
In the first glimpse, nothing much about the story has been revealed. The interesting teaser shows an asteroid hitting the Earth, and then a glimpse of a frozen ship in Antarctica, slowly we shift to Africa, some mysterious caves, and then towards the end, Mahesh Babu as Rudra is riding a bull. This has left us with more curiosity about the timelines around which the film will revolved. Prithviraj Sukumaran will play the antagonist, Kumbha. However, not much about the characters have been revealed yet.

Well, it was an unreal experience to be a part of this grand event in Hyderabad, and watch the first glimpse with the team behind it. The actors looked really excited about this project, Mahesh Babu fans were cheering so loud when their favourite actor’s look was revealed, and SS Rajamouli also got a little emotional after the overwhelming response to the teaser. We certainly can’t wait for this film to release soon.
