Park Na Rae Hits Back At Former Managers With Explosive Embezzlement Claims Amid Legal Battle

Na Rae was recently accused of workplace harassment, assault and unpaid fees by her former managers. Park Na Rae’s Legal Team Counterattacks Her Former Managers’ Accusations
According to a report by OSEN on November 6, it appears Park Na Rae’s agency has uncovered suspicious financial transactions involving her former managers and is now investigating the scope of company funds allegedly misused by them. Representatives for the comedian argue that the former staff members illicitly managed the corporate funds and hint that financial misappropriation could be one of the causes leading to the dispute at hand.
Her legal team also stated that the former managers were paid their dues and asked for more financial compensation equivalent to 10 per cent of the previous annual income of the company. The agency clarified that all claims will be taken care of through formal legal channels, and verified facts will be revealed throughout the judicial process.
The Accusations Made
Park Na Rae’s former managers applied for the provisional seizure of real estate belonging to her with the Seoul Western District Court on November 3 and announced their plan to sue for around 100 million KRW in damages. They charged workplace mistreatment, bodily injury, proxy prescription, and non-payment of outstanding progress fees and claimed they were forced to attend drinking gatherings, run personal errands, clean up private gatherings outside of work hours, and even do household chores unrelated to their work.
On November 5, the former managers reportedly filed a separate complaint against the broadcaster for allegedly embezzling funds in violation of South Korea’s Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes with the Gangnam Police Station.
As a result, representatives for Park Na Rae firmly denied the accusations, saying they have not yet received an official legal complaint and that the claims are untrue
