Here’s What Police Just Shared About Park Na Rae’s Legal Battles!

The allegations against Park Na Rae are complex. She is accused of violating medical laws, specifically in connection to obtaining drugs and controlled substances through a person referred to as the “injection auntie”. The claims suggest that she had others collect these substances on her behalf. Furthermore, she is accused of breaching the Development of the Popular Culture and Arts Industry Act by allegedly operating a one-person business without proper registration. These serious accusations have caused significant public concern and scrutiny.

It all began on December 3rd, when the Korean comedian’s former managers initiated legal action to freeze some of her assets. They alleged mistreatment during their employment at her small agency, including verbal and physical abuse, being forced to run personal errands, and being made to collect medical prescriptions. They also claim they were not fully compensated for their event hosting duties.

In response, Park Na Rae’s agency issued an official statement on December 5th, denying all the accusations. The agency stated that the former managers had been employed for approximately one year and three months and received all owed severance pay upon their departure. However, the agency claims that the former managers demanded an additional ten percent of the company’s annual income. After this demand was refused, the agency alleges that the ex-managers began making false accusations, which led to the Korean comedian considering legal action herself.
