Bhaijaan aka Salman Khan has been known to have a troubled relationship with the women in his life. Time and again, the actor has been accused of abusing the women in his life. In 2002, Salman Khan’s abusive behaviour towards his ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai came to light after the actress’ parents filed a complaint against him after he began hounding her for breaking up with him. And if that wasn’t chilling enough, soon after, his affair with Pakistani model Somy Ali made headlines.
Salman Khan and Somy Ali dated for about 8 years from 1991 to 1999 and soon after the breakup, the actress returned to her home in South Florida to continue her education which she had left in the past to move to Mumbai due to her MAJOR crush on Salman.
Over the years, Somy Ali has time and again opened up about how the actor abused her on several occasions. And now in her latest post on Instagram, the actress has opened up about why she did not come out with her allegations against the actor back in the 90s.
Sharing a picture of herself, in the caption, Somy explained that her abuse allegations against Salman Khan are not breaking news while adding that if people would go through the tabloids and magazines from the 90s, they will come across articles speaking about her being abused by the actor.
Explaining further, the actress said that it baffles her that people talk about it as if she never brought it to light in the 90s and added that she stopped talking about her abusive relationship the same way she never brought up incidents from her childhood when she was abused.
Somy Ali further added that now she has a reason to bring it up as she has a good enough reason that affects several men, women and children.
Somy also shared several other posts opening up about other aspects of her relationship with Salman Khan and how it affected her.

FYI, Salman Khan had once poured a drink over her head because he did not like her drinking.
The actress has called Salman Khan a “woman beater”, and “Harvey Weinstein of Bollywood” and also accused him of burning her with cigarettes, physical abuse, and sodomy.
Back in the day, Aishwarya Rai had also written an open letter to the media informing them of the abuse meted out by Salman Khan. She had stated that he got physically abusive with her but did not leave any marks and he also accused her of having affairs with her co-stars and also cause physical injuries to himself when she refused to listen to him or take his calls.
