Single’s Inferno S5: Here’s Why Fans Aren’t Happy With Kim Go-Eun Choosing Woo Sung Min!

Popular Korean dating show Single’s Inferno season 5 has come to an end and it has finally revealed who paired up with whom. Earlier episodes left fans guessing about the outcomes. With the final episodes now out, most viewers feel happy, as many favourite couples walked out together. Still, a lot of people are upset with Goeun’s decision. In the finale, five couples chose each other and left Paradise together. Internet’s favourites Kim Min-ji and Song Seung-il, picked one another after building a strong bond. Park Hee-sun and Lim Su-been also became a pair, and fans really cheered for it. Lee Joo-young chose Kim Jae-jin because their feelings grew stronger over time. Choi Mina Sue went with Lee Sung-hun after keeping everyone guessing for a long time. These matches made most people happy.

However, the biggest surprise came with Kim Go-eun. Many fans thought she would pick Jo I-geon because of their chemistry. Instead, she chose Woo Sung-min. Some viewers felt disappointed because they saw Sung-min as too possessive at times. Others did not like how Shin Hyeon-woo acted close during one Paradise date, which made things uncomfortable for her. Go-eun’s decision left I-geon and Hyeon-woo alone on the island.
The show was full of romance, drama, and surprises, and the last two episodes came out on February 10, 2026. Singles lived on an isolated island called Inferno and tried to find love. They faced many challenges and enjoyed special dates in a place called Paradise. Viewers loved watching the love stories, arguments, and unexpected twists every week.
