The 11-minute trip to space was certainly magical for the singer, and she could not think about the incredible experience. However, her space mission also sparked some controversies back on Earth. Emily Ratajkowski posted a video on TikTok to talk about Katy Perry’s space trip. She called it a waste of resources and wondered about the need for this space mission. She also felt disgusted by it and questioned the marketing strategy behind it.

Actor Olivia Munn also gave her opinion on this space mission and questioned the use of so much money when there were people who could not even buy eggs. The actor also beleived that sending 6 women to space did no good to people on Earth.
