After Aditi Rao Hydari, now the Drishyam star Shriya Saran has warned the fans about a person faking her on social media and reaching out to people for work in her name. A day back, the Heeramandi star had also put out a similar warning and had asked everyone to reach out to her team in case of such encounters. Shriya Saran also penned a note about the same to clarify that the number was not hers, and someone was using her identity to exploit people. Read on to know more.
Shriya Saran Warns Fans About Imposters
RRR star Shriya Saran took to her social media handle to share a screenshot of the Whatsapp profile which was being used in her name. The Profile Photo was a picture of the actor. In the caption, the actor blasted out and addressed the person as an ‘idiot’. The actor sternly asked the person to stop texting people and wasting their time. Shriya Saran firmly clarified that it wasn’t her and the number also did not belong to her. Taking a dig at the situation, the Drishyam actor also wrote that the person in question was actually texting the people she looks forward to working with. The actor called this co-incidence ‘crazy’ and ‘strange’. She called out the impersonator and asked the person ‘to get a life’.
In the comment section, her fans showed concern for the actor and suggested her to report it to the cyber crime.
