Bollywood star Salman Khan woke up to the scary sound of gunshots on April 14. Two men on a bike fired shots outside his house in Mumbai. This shocking news made everyone worry about his safety. Now, the same thing happened with director Rohit Shetty. Late at night, around 12:43 am, unknown people fired four bullets outside his home in Juhu. Read on to know all about it.
Multiple Gunshots Fired At Rohit Shetty’s Mumbai Home
The scary incident took place right in front of Rohit Shetty’s building. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Mumbai Police reached the spot fast and set up barricades and secured the area with more officers. According to ANI, the police and forensic experts started checking everything and collected all the important clues to find out who did it. So far, police do not know the reason for the attack. They have registered a case and are working hard to catch the people behind it.
Several videos and photos of the director’s house with extra protection are making rounds on the internet. As of now, Rohit Shetty and his family have not said anything about the scary incident yet.

However, this has brought back discussions about how safe actors, directors, and other Bollywood stars actually are in their homes. Superstar Salman Khan’s house has faced gun attacks many times before. Some of those were linked to the Bishnoi gang.
Last year, actor Saif Ali Khan was badly hurt when a stranger entered his home and stabbed him six times. The attacker went close to Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s son’s room and reportedly asked for one crore rupees. The family fought back, and police later caught the man behind it. They are worried about their favourite stars getting hurt and express concern over how they can not even live freely inside their home.
