Dipika Kakar’s Healthy Diet
The couple’s YouTube vlogs are quite popular among fans, and in the latest one, they shared Dipika Kakar’s diet. In the video, we can see the former actor eating sauteed vegetables. When Shoaib points that out, Dipika adds that she eats it twice a day. For the unversed, she was diagnosed with stage 2 liver cancer, and she also underwent surgery in 2025. Recently, the couple also updated their fans about Dipika being diagnosed with a cyst, for which she also had to undergo surgery.
Now, how’s this sauteed vegetables helpful in this? Sauteed vegetables are good for recovering from cancer. If the vegetables are sauteed in some ghee or oil, they can retain important nutrients in vegetables; however, they should not be overcooked as it reduces benefits. As per an Indian Express report, sauteed vegetables also absorb other fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K. Some vegetables that should be religiously eaten are broccoli, cauliflower, and tomatoes. These vegetables are a source of antioxidants, fibre, and other necessary compounds that are good for recovery. It is also good for digestion, as compared to when eaten raw.
