Shilpa Shinde Reveals She Was S*xually Assaulted By A Hindi Filmmaker
In a recent interview with News18 Showsha, the actor revealed that during her struggling days, she was asked to seduce a filmmaker as a part of an audition. Shilpa Shinde stated that she couldn’t reveal their names, but the filmmaker asked her to wear particular clothes and perform the scene. She did not wear those clothes. For the skit, the filmmaker portrayed the role of an employer and asked her to seduce him. Shilpa further stated that she was very innocent at the time and had agreed to perform the part. However, as the situation got worse, she understood that the producer was crossing lines and managed to shove him away before running. Furthermore, the security guards realised what was going on and asked her to leave immediately, as they assumed she’d create a scene.
Even though Shilpa didn’t reveal the filmmaker’s name, she said that he was from the Hindi cinema industry, and she agreed to the scene since he was also an actor. She further claimed that she’s not lying and can’t reveal his name since his children are younger than her and naming him will make them suffer as well. Additionally, Shilpa revealed that he didn’t recognise her when she met the same filmmaker again after many years. Moreover, he behaved kindly with her and even offered her a role.
