This unexpected act left Shama Sikander uneasy, as she sensed something was off in how he approached the situation.

Television actor Shama Sikander recently opened up about a disturbing incident during an advertisement shoot where a male co-actor inappropriately touched her. While she chose not to reveal the name of the actor involved, Shama shared her discomfort and shock in a conversation with Bollywood Bubble. What was more shocking was that the way the male actor touched Shama was not part of the original script and was improvised by the actor, which took Shama by surprise.
Shama Sikander On Inappropriate Touch Incident
During the interview, Shama Sikander revealed that during the shoot, the male actor took the liberty of improvising a scene where he was supposed to interact with Shama. However, he deviated from the planned script and suggested an unscripted gesture. He proposed placing jewellery on her and then twirling and hugging her. This unexpected act left Shama uneasy, as she sensed something was off in how he approached the situation. She found the touch unsettling, something she had never experienced before in her professional career.
The incident was particularly troubling for Shama, who mentioned that although she has worked with numerous male colleagues, none had ever made her feel uncomfortable in this manner. This experience left her shaken, especially since she was working with someone well-known. Despite his superstar status, Shama expressed disbelief that such behaviour would occur, and she has resolved never to work with that individual again.
In addition to this incident, Shama also spoke about facing the harsh realities of the casting process in Bollywood. She recalled how she was once abruptly removed from a film project after beginning the shoot, only to be replaced without explanation. Such incidents, according to her, are not uncommon in the industry, highlighting the challenges many actors face.
