Shah Rukh Khan is facing a significant health challenge that has necessitated an urgent trip to the United States. The actor recently encountered complications following an eye treatment in Mumbai. This medical setback comes on the heels of a severe health scare earlier this year when he suffered a heat stroke in Ahmedabad while supporting his IPL team, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
Shah Rukh Khan To Undergo Eye Treatment Surgery
Shah Rukh Khan, co-owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), faced severe dehydration and heat stroke on May 21 during an IPL match at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. He was hospitalized at KD Hospital and discharged the following day. Despite recovering from that incident, the actor’s health troubles continue, with his recent eye condition requiring immediate attention.
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Shah Rukh visited a Mumbai hospital on July 29 for an eye treatment. Unfortunately, the procedure did not go as planned, necessitating further medical intervention. Sources indicate that Shah Rukh is now set to travel to the US by Tuesday, July 30, to address the complications that arose from the initial treatment. The specifics of the eye condition and the treatment he underwent in Mumbai remain undisclosed.
