Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film called King, featuring his daughter Suhana Khan and Deepika Padukone. As per a report by Variety India, this song will be choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant, and preparations for the same have already begun. Khan and Vaibhavi have previously also worked on Jawan. This will be Deepika’s first return to shoot after having her second daughter, Devi Singh Padukone, with Ranveer Singh. Previous reports suggested that the cast could go to South Africa for the song shoot; however, it is now being shot in Mumbai over the course of a week. The film is set to have a Christmas release and features a grand cast featuring Suhana Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Abhishek Bachchan, Abhay Verma, Rani Mukerji, and more.
The film is produced by Gauri Khan, Anand, and Mamta Anand under the Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures banners. It will release alongside Hollywood films like Jumanji, Avengers: Doomsday, and Dune 3. A report by Mid-Day said that the Central Board of Film Certification has cleared the film’s 45-second teaser video, and other reports by Bollywood Hungama revealed that it would be released on Shah Rukh’s birthday on November 2. As per the latest updates, the promo could play in the theatres alongside Ranbir Kapoor’s much-awaited Ramayana.
