Shah Rukh Khan Death Threat Case: Man Whose Phone Was Used To Make The Threat Call Reveals It Was Stolen

After Salman Khan, Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan received a death threat and an FIR by the Bandra police has been lodged. Mumbai police received a call on a landline threatening the life of Shah Rukh Khan. The caller was traced back to Raipur. And now, the man whose phone was used to call the police was traced back and revealed how his phone was stolen on November 2.

Suspect Reveals What Happened To His Phone

According to a report from CNN News 18, the man under whose the number was registered, lost his phone on November 3 and complained to Raipur on the same day. He said that someone misused his phone and made that threatening call. He revealed that Mumbai Police had approached him and told him that a threat call against Shah Rukh Khan had been made from that phone.

The call was received by the Mumbai Police on November 5. The call was made at 8 AM and he introduced him as Hindustani. He reportedly claimed that he was standing at a Bandstand outside Shah Rukh Khan’s house in Mannat and that he would kill him if he didn’t give him Rs 50 Lakhs. The Bollywood actor is yet to make any statements about this threat call.

The actor’s security has been tight since 2023 when he disclosed that he had received death threats following the popularity of Pathaan and Jawan. Mumbai Police had assigned SRK a Y+ security team. Shah Rukh has been seen making appearances with his security team by his side.
