However, as per the latest reports, King Khan and his expected to move out of their luxurious house and live in an apartment for the next few years. The apartment is located in the posh area of Pali Hill, Bandra in Mumbai. Read the story to know more about it.
Why Is Shah Rukh Khan Moving Out Of Mannat?
Shah Rukh, Gauri Khan and their family are expected to leave their beautiful abode Mannat for at least the next two years. As per the news reports, the family will be moving into a rented apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra. However, the apartment will be no less than the grand bungalow. Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly rented a four-floor apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra and will be paying a rent of approximately ₹24 lakh per month. As per a Hindustan Times report, SRK and their family are leaving their house for a few years because it is expected to go under renovation. While it is still not clear how many years the family will be staying in the apartment, as per the reports, this renovation will take two years, at least.
The Pali Hill apartment has been on taken lease from film producer, Vashu Bhagnani. Shah Rukh Khan and his team and making sure that his family gets a safe and private stay in the apartment. They are also ensuring that the place in big enough to accommodate the staff and security.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is working on his next project titled King. His daughter and The Archies star Suhana Khan is also a part of this project. He recently announced his son Aryan Khan’s directorial debut with Netflix.
