The unfortunate demise of legendary singer in the history of Indian cinema, Asha Bhosle, has shocked everyone. She passed away at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital after getting admitted to the ICU. Losing such a gem was not easy for the entertainment industry as many big stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Hema Malini, Alia Bhatt, Chiranjeevi, and more mourn this loss.

Celebrities Mourn Asha Bhosle

1. Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan took to his Instagram stories and expressed his sadness over the loss of Asha Bhosle, whose voice has been one of the pillars of the Indian cinema. He wrote, “A talent that will outlive many, she always showered me with blessings and love and i will miss her. Rest in Peace Asha Tai love you.”

2. Akshay Kumar

Star Akshay Kumar took to his social media and mentioned how no words could express the loss he was feeling and then stated, “Unki surily awaaz hamesha hamesha ke liye amar rahegi.” (Her melodious voice will remain immortal forever.”

3. Kajol

Actor Kajol went nostalgic and shared the veteran singer’s love for food, life, and humour, while recalling attending a recording session for a song that never got released. She described this experience as ‘magnificent’ and said that Bhosle would always be a legend.

4. Chiranjeevi

Chiranjevi wrote a heartfelt tribute to the late vocalist Asha Bhosle. He praised Bhosle’s famous singing and referred to her voice as a “timeless companion to Indian cinema.”
