Sean Diddy Combs, who is currently incarcerated for his federal conviction, is said to be scheming a grand comeback on stage with a comeback concert at Madison Square Garden. Even with his current imprisonment, the 55-year-old music icon is eyeing a return to touching base with fans and taking back his place in the business again.

As told by his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, Combs is eager to turn his life around following what has been one of the toughest periods of his career. In an interview, Agnifilo revealed that Combs had discussed playing again at the legendary New York club, which has been home to some of his greatest performances. “He wants to be in front of people who love him,” the attorney replied, noting that family particularly his children and mother are foremost on Combs’s mind.

Though Combs hasn’t addressed coming back to music in depth, his lawyer believes his plan is to get back on the stage as part of his personal and professional comeback. “He didn’t say exactly what he plans to do,” Agnifilo explained, “but he did mention the Garden, so it’s clear he’s thinking big, like always.

Combs was found guilty on July 2, 2025, on interstate prostitution charges. He was, however, acquitted of more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges. Sentencing has been scheduled for October 3, and he is still being held in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn. The court has rejected several bail applications, with the judge citing public safety and flight risk concerns.

There is also increasing buzz about the potential for a presidential pardon. Lawyer Nicole Westmoreland confirmed that talks have commenced, stating that Combs remains hopeful. Although former President Donald Trump had once maintained a close friendship with the rapper, he has since declared that a pardon will not happen because of the falling out they had, even though he had called Combs partially innocent.

Sean Diddy Combs has been behind bars since his September 2024 arrest.
