Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Lawyers Protest Against Rising Secrecy In His Ongoing S*x Trafficking Trial
As a famous rapper's name and identity remain undisclosed during the trial, Diddy's team protests against this rising secrecy.

In the newest update for the Bad Boys Records founder Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ongoing s*x trafficking trial, Diddy’s defence attorney Marc Agnifilo raised concerns against the rising tide of secrecy against his client. He protested that the public and Combs himself are being excluded from arguments about whether another famous rapper’s name could be disclosed or not in the trial publicly.
What Was The Secret Meeting About
The attorney complained to the trial judge, Arun Subramanian, that Combs was left out of a meeting held in a private room outside the courtroom where the judge, along with other lawyers, discussed a hotel room event which occurred in January 2024. The meeting lasted for an hour. This meeting also added a two-hour delay to the commencement of the sixth and final day of testimony from Diddy’s ex, who is going by the pseudonym ‘Jane’ for the trial. She dated the rapper until his arrest in September of last year.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Ex ‘Jane’s’ Testimony
In a cross-examination, Diddy’s ex, Jane, testified that she, along with a famous rapper and his girlfriend, flew to Las Vegas in 2023. Jane also revealed that the rapper was an individual at the top of the music industry and that he and Diddy were very close to one another. Jane said that in Las Vegas, she and a group of people went to dinner at a strip club and then to a hotel room party, where a s*x worker had s*x with a woman while around 6 people sat and watched it. This testimony came soon after the private meeting that the lawyers had. In the meeting, the lawyers discussed what parts of Jane’s testimony could be disclosed.
A monitor that is installed in the courtroom to show the spectators the trial had also been shut down during Jane’s testimony. Only the judge, lawyers, Diddy and the jurors were able to view Jane’s testimony. The judge has also banned the public from viewing any s*xual content that is discussed in the courtroom, even though Didd’s lawyer said the images prove that these acts were proof of consensual acts between adults.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ lawyers argue that the point of a fully public trial is that if other people realise that they know some details or information about an event being discussed in the trial, they can come forward and share their perspective on it.
About Diddy’s Trial
