Sean Diddy Combs Denies Charges As Jury Sees Explicit Video Evidence In Ongoing S*x Trafficking Trial

The courtroom trial of Sean Diddy Combs has reached a harrowing angle as prosecutors introduce graphic evidence attributed to the federal s*x trafficking case against him. On Monday, the jury saw graphic video footage from what authorities label as “freak-off” s*x acts captured by Combs in 2012, scenes that constitute a major component of the prosecution’s case.

New Update In Sean Diddy Combs Trial

According to a report by Associated Press, the freak off videos were retrieved from a cloud account belonging to the rapper and reportedly accessed using a phone belonging to his ex-partner, Cassie Ventura. Prior to previewing the footage, prosecutors revealed text messages sent between Combs and Cassie and hotel billing records for the Trump International Hotel in Manhattan in order to corroborate their timeline of events. These entries also covered communication organising a meetup with s*x worker Saray Hayes.

Though prosecutors assert that the video evidence substantiates claims of abuse and coercion, the defence takes a different view. By offering the content, Diddy’s representatives sought to depict the encounters as mutually consenting, asserting the videos represent the artist’s private life instead of criminal behaviour.

In a further twist, a juror was excused by Judge Arun Subramanian because of inconsistencies in his claimed residence. The juror originally said he resided in the Bronx, but said later that he had been living with his girlfriend in New Jersey. His disclosure resulted in his dismissal from the case and a new juror, a 57-year-old man from Westchester County, took his place.

Adding to the courtroom drama, another juror is set to be removed after getting a cryptic message on his phone from an unknown number. The message, apparently inquiring whether he was juror number six, has given rise to fears of juror anonymity having been compromised. Though no action was immediately taken, Judge Subramanian marked the incident as serious.
