After the release of Nadaaniyan, people were waiting to see more of Ibrahim Ali Khan, and finally, the wait is over. The official announcement of his next film, titled Sarzameen is here. The film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kajol. It’s another patriotic film, and Ibrahim Ali is playing a negative role in this one. The first look of Sarzameen was shared on June 30, and to everyone’s surprise, Ibrahim Ali Khan will be seen in the role of an antagonist. Prithviraj Sukumaran will be playing a soldier. Kajol is the leading lady in the film, and a few glimpses of her emotional bits from the film featured in this first look. It will be a patriotic feeling that will echo the emotions of a soldier.
Ibrahim Ali Khan’s character looks intriguing; however, not much has been revealed about it yet. Sarzameen promises a lot of action and emotions. Many of the social media users are quite excited about this film already and have started praising Kajol. All the Prithviraj fans are united on this one. Some of them are also of the opinion that the film deserves a theatrical release.
Kayoze Irani, actor and director of Ajeeb Dastaans, has directed this film. It will have an OTT release on JioHotstar on July 27.
Well, certainly the trio does look amazing and the background score in the offficial announcment video is quite impactful too.
