“He Got Me A Guitar”: Sanjeeta Bhattacharya Gushes Over How Sweet Shah Rukh Khan Was On ‘Jawan’ Set!

He never fails to make those around him special, and it is his down-to-Earth attitude that makes his fans love him even more. And of course, his innate charm is what makes him irresistible to the ladies! Recently, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, the singer-songwriter and actress who is all set to make her film debut with the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan, revealed how she got a call for the film, and also the sweet gesture made by SRK on her second day on the set.

In an interview with Outlook India, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya revealed how she got to know that she had been taken onboard Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. She said that she was doing a concert in Kolkata and that is when she got a call for the film. Sanjeeta also shared her experience of working with SRK. She went on to reveal that her conversations with the megastar felt like she was speaking to a wise friend.

Furthermore, Sanjeeta also added that when Shah Rukh Khan learnt that she was a musician, he got her a guitar and a mic so that she could sing for the cast. Bhattacharya also took to her Instagram to announce that she will be making her debut with Jawan with a sweet post. She wrote in the caption that she is blessed to have acted alongside the GOAT AKA Shah Rukh Khan.

Jawan is an Atlee directorial which is all set to hit the screens on September 7, 2023. The cast of the film also includes Sanya Malhotra, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, and Sunil Grover among others.
