It can cause a major emotional toll on the people involved. Recently, Sania Mirza revealed a period when she was at her lowest and going through a tough time. Sania Mirza Recalls Having A Panic Attack

In her recent conversation with Farah Khan on Serving It Up With Sania, the duo discussed multiple things that gave a glimpse into their lives. During their chat, Farah mentioned that Sania was now a single parent and that there was nothing more challenging than being a single mother. The Om Shanti Om director expressed that everyone has their own respective path and people must decide what is best for them.

On the podcast, Sania recalled a low period in her life. She said that before a live show, she was mentally shaken. Sania acknowledged that without Farah Khan’s presence there, she wouldn’t have been able to go for the show. Farah revealed being afraid and that she had never witnessed Sania having a panic attack before. The director recalled that she was supposed to be filming that day but she cancelled it and rushed over in her slippers and pyjamas.
