Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Father Passes Away
The Citadel: Honey Bunny star Samantha Ruth Prabhu took to her social media handle to post about her father, Joseph Prabhu’s sudden death. She wrote, “Until we meet next time Dad” on her Instagram page. The cause of her father’s death is still not known.
During a recent interview, the actress spoke about her father and how he was like any usual Indian parent who was protective of her. Samantha also said that her father once told her that she was not smart enough as per the Indian education standard and therefore she could not score the first rank.
On the work front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu was recently seen in the Prime Video series Citadel: Honey Bunny starring Varun Dhawan in the lead role. The series is directed by Raj And DK and is an Indian spin-off of the Russo Brothers’ Citadel starring Priyanka Chopra. The PC series will also have a second part and she has already begun shooting for it.
